Come and join us for second day of planting along the edge of the Sandspit harbour, part of a long term project aimed at protecting the water way from run off and sediment.

About the event
🌳We have 900 more trees to be planted - a breeze after we put in 3000 back on May 24th!!
Arrive at 9.30am. We will work until about 12.30. Lunch will be provided back at the house.
😊Everyone is welcome, however there is a reasonable walk to the site so the day is not recommended for young children under 5years or anyone with a heart condition.
🥾Please - wear sturdy boots, and have clothing appropriate to the weather forecast, bring gardening gloves, water and a snack and a spade if you have one. (We have a limited stock to lend out)
🛑Please follow the signs and directions for parking when you arrive and be respectful of the local residents by driving carefully and not blocking gateways. Please car share where possible
