Mahurangi Land Restoration Programme and Auckland Council, Local Parks are organising two public planting days on Te Whau Walkway, Snells Beach this year. The aim is to finish the last stretch of native planting on the walkway.

PUBLIC PLANTING DAYS, TE WHAU WALKWAY, SNELLS BEACH
The Mahurangi Land Restoration Programme and Auckland Council, Local Parks are organising two public planting days on Te Whau Walkway, Snells Beach this year. The aim is to finish the last stretch of native planting on the walkway.
The first planting is on Saturday 5th July, 10am - 12 noon. Meet at the end of Dawson Road, Snells Beach. Gloves and spades provided but bring a water bottle and wear closed-toe footwear.
The second planting is on Sunday 3rd August, 10am - 12 noon. Meeting place as above. Please bring own spade, gloves and a water bottle.
